How is this data produced?

This data is aggregated from transactional records produced by web analytics tools which monitor user interactions across the data.gov.my platform in real time. The data does not contain any personally identifiable information, as there is no component of data.gov.my which requires an authenticated login to access.

What caveats I should bear in mind when using this data?

This dataset is updated on a daily basis, shortly after midnight. As such, there may be mild discrepancies between the counts provided in this dataset, relative to the realtime counts shown on each catalogue page.
