This data is produced by the Accountant-General's Department in compliance with the Malaysian Public Sector Accounting Standards and the IMF's Dissemination Standards. Within this dataset, operating expenditure includes grants and transfers (including refunds and write-offs) to state governments, public agencies and public enterprises.
